- 1 gluten (free galette dough, recipe below)

- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract (I use Rodelle organic vanilla extract)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. fleur de sel
