Loved it, even though it could have been better but it was my fault.
Didn't have Dijon so used Horseradish mustard. Wouldn't have been bad but I think it came out too salty between the mustard that I chose, and the beef bullion (only added a cup with one teaspoon of it, as suggested) and I literally added a dash of sea salt, (and I salt A LOT more) so, thank goodness.
Then, I had already washed the skillet because I wash as I cook. Also, I fried the meatballs separately and THEN looked at how to make the sauce, but I skipped over the parenthesis where it says to make a "slurry" (several times) I kept thinking, how is this supposed to thicken. When I looked at the ingredients again, I saw the arrowroot. Then I reread sauce instructions and saw "thickener of your choice", and was like, aha... guess I'll add it now. It didn't thicken as much as it would have, had I added it before, but it thickened. It was still good.
Also, the mustard I used was a tad too strong, so next time, I will use half as much, and/or Dijon, if I have it.
Still delicious. The details I write is because I wanted to point out my mistakes, which were few and it didn't make it awful. I feel like this recipe could have come out better, had my ADHD not interfered.
Thanks!

This tasted just like how i remember IKEA Swedish Meatballs. I accidentally broke the sauce (two glasses of merlot in...for the cook🤫). So, i added some cream cheese to salvage it.
Also, I had to substitute coconut flour for almond flour. It still came out great!
