! they tasted better than the wheat gingerbread cookies. I use real sugar and I omitted the X gum and I used full flavor syrup instead of the molasses. you have to be really careful baking them though and figure out the time I think my oven was running hot

The taste was amazing, it doesn’t have that gluten free texture. My only complaint is that was very crumbly. While rolling it out it wound just fall apart and when they are baked they fall apart when they are picked up.
