- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (to taste, or sub a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ground ginger)
- 30 mL unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)

- 6 tsp. maple syrup (or sub any other sweetener)
