Toothpick came out clean but was seriously undercooked in places. The flavor wasn't very pumpkiny but still tasted good.
Update: I made another loaf and cooked it for an extra 9 minutes and it was perfect! Still juicy and moist. I took it to my dad's work and everyone loved it! I used King Arthur gf measure for measure flour
