  • 1 tablespoon agave (/ maple syrup / coconut nectar)
  • banana (small, mashed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon rolled oats (optional, make sure to get certified gluten free oats if you have a gluten intolerance and/or want to make sure there is absolutely no gluten in the oats)
