- 1 1/3 cups flour (Garbanzo)
- 1 1/3 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup arrowroot powder
- 3/4 brown rice flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. xanthum gum
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. sucanat (my favorite unrefined sugar but use anything granulated you like)
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 1/2 cups milk (Unsweetened Good Karma Flax, or other favorite non dairy milk)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (note for the whole recipe you will need about 1 1/2c.)
- 2 eggs (Flax, mix 2 TBLS. Flax Meal with 6 TBLS. Water, let sit 3 min)
- 3 apples (medium sized, peeled and chopped finely)
- 1 1/3 cups nuts (….walnuts or pecans)
- 2/3 cup sucanat (is an unrefined granulated sugar, find it at the health food store or online)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 3/4 cup coconut oil (for dipping only!)
- sauce (CARMEL, TOPPING)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil

- 1/8 cup milk (Flax)
