- 3 cups rolled oats (Bob’s Red Mill, Gluten-Free if needed)
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (Bob’s Red Mill, 150 g blended into oat flour)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 3/4 cup coconut oil (melted, 150 g, you can also use olive oil)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
