  • 60 grams oat flour (120g Easy to make at home by grinding GF oats using a blender)
  • 50 grams sorghum flour (100g)
  • 40 grams flour (tapioca starch)
  • 20 grams potato starch flour
  • 12 grams milled flax seed
  • 18 grams psyllium husk (ground, grind into a powder in a blender, 36g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt (1 tsp)
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (2 tsp)
  • 3.5 grams yeast (active dried easy bake, 7g I use Allinsons Easy Bake)
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil (2 tbsp or alternative)
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (or agave nectar, 1 tbsp or alternative syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (1 tsp)
  • 110 milliliters boiling water (220 ml/g)
  • 155 milliliters dairy-free milk (/g cold, – preferably unsweetened, 310 ml/g almond/coconut/rice/other I use KoKo unsweetened)
