The taste was great but after mixing all the ingredients my mix was a bit runny. This made my muffins come out flat and too moist in the middle. I think I will add more of the flour blend next time.

They're ok. A bit bland but it may be my fault. I don't normally eat sugar, so I used Stevie (the big bag fluffy kind). Any person would admit that real sugar in muffins is just the best. Hard to find healthy substitutes.

Pretty good. Tasted a little off to me but I’m not used to vegan dishes. The muffins only rise a little when baking by the way

I swapped the coconut oil for butter and used a 50/50 blend of cassava and garbanzo flours. They were perfect!
