- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. bourbon vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- powdered sugar (2 cups confectioner's)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. vegan butter (or Earth Balance sticks)
- 2 oz. coffee (cold strong, more as needed, or use vanilla coconut or rice milk if you don't like coffee)
- 1 tsp. bourbon vanilla
