- 3/4 tsp. xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2/3 cup milk (5 1/3 fl. oz., or buttermilk, at room temperature)

Loved this recipe! I even used it to make cake. It was a huge success with everyone who ate them
