  • 1/4 cup protein powder (choice)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (crunch)
  • 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup trail mix (favorite, i use a gluten free raisin, peanut, and dark chocolate brand. Then I added in a small handful of peanut m&m's)
