- 1/4 cup sorghum flour (/ gluten-free all purpose flour, I used Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch sea salt (I used pink hymalayan sea salt)
- 3 Tbsp. blueberries (I used frozen wild blueberries)
- 1 Tbsp. carob chips (unsweetened, or you could use vegan chocolate chips)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 2 packets xylitol
- 8 grams stevia
- sprinkles (Optional: vegan, – they mostly look pretty. ^^)
- 2 packets xylitol (8g or 2 tsp, blended to powdered-sugar consistency)
- 1/2 Tbsp. vegan cream cheese (I used the Tofutti brand)
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. cacao powder
