- 2 Tbsp. sugar (plus 2 for sprinkling on top)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter (chilled and cut into quarter inch pieces)
- 3/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (I use melted coconut oil)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
