They tasted very bland. I added a bit of honey (even though the recipe had no sweetener) but it needed more, together with some spices. 20 mins cooking time was enough. I also made the mistake of lining the muffin tin with paper cases- don't! All the bottom stuck to the paper cases, but that is my own fault!
