- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 egg white (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups strawberries (sliced fresh)
- 2 tsp. sugar (or more, depending on how sweet your strawberries are)
- 1 pt. heavy cream (well chilled)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Turned out beautifully, the cake was delicious, the frosting was heaven.
Everyone loved it and no one could tell it was gluten free.
