these did not turn out at all the rice papers stuck and it was a big glob on the serving plate. we used a spoon to dish it up. the flavor was great. we wasted over half of the dinner because that much stuck. I will not use rice papers again in a dish like this.

Turned out good. A few stuck to the non stick foil when baking even with olive oil. I had enough to make 8 rolls. My family loved them!!! Definitely making again!

The flavor was very good. They didn't brown up very much, though.

I put too much filling in each one which meant they fell apart. I used a bit of sauce in the mix to keep from drying out. Vietnamese sauce. Will cook again. Flavor was beautiful. I added red cabbage, snow peas and zucchini.

yum. It took ages to roll the spring rolls, but it was a fun family activity!

Was tasty and they crisped nicely but was not indicated how fiddley they are to wrap. Wrapping on a wet chopping board helps prevent rice paper from sticking and tearing. I also only drizzled a small amount of oil. Good way to use up leftovers =]

Loved it! Due to the lack of gluten products available to me where I'm currently residing I'm always looking for alternatives. I've made these a number of times especially when everyone else around me is eating samosas and all things fried. I've never had a problem with them browning. I just ensure I don't soak the rice papers for too long, I line my baking tray with baking paper and cook at the recommended temperature & turn them once the first side is brown. Thanks 😍

Never again...they do NOT come out like the picture! the rice paper doesn't brown and doesn't do well in the "generous " amount of olive oil . This was a lot of work and it didn't come out right . My family wouldn't even try it and they are foodies . It looked like condoms. It did look unappetizing and it was the rice paper. Makes sense to use a different product that Browns and gets crispy for this recipe. Otherwise the food I used to stuff inside was great. I used cabbage instead of green beans. Also added shredded carrot and green onion with chicken and seasonings like ginger.
