- 4 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream

- 2 Tbsp. half-and-half cream
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups white rice flour (finely ground or stone-ground)
- 2 cups brown rice flour (stone-ground)
- 2 cups tapioca flour (or tapioca starch)
- 1 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
