Delicious! I used Earth Balance non-dairy spread, so it took longer for the dough to chill and baked for exactly 12.5 minutes. They came out perfect.

I’ve made these twice now and they’re great! Baking time is a little off- we added somewhere between 5-10 minutes for each batch. I used Red Mill 1:1 GF baking flour so there was no need to buy xanthan gum.
