- 3 cups stock (paella)
- 1/2 lb. shrimp (shelled and de-veined)
- 1 lb. sea scallops
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 lb. crab meat (real if you can get it, imitation if you can't, but imitation is not gluten free* optional)
- 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour (Bob's Red Mill, plus a little more for rolling out the dough)
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp. cream
- 1 large egg
