Description
I love salmon cakes, and finding a gluten free way to make the ones I grew up making was a must when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease 4 years ago. These flaky cakes go really well with a tartar sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 can salmon
- 1/2 cup gluten (free quick cooking oats)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion (or 3 green onions)
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt
- 1 egg

Directions
- Drain the salmon
- Remove bones and skin from salmon
- Crumble into a large mixing bowl, but not too fine you want the cakes to be chunky.
