- 1 packet powdered gelatin (1 scant TB unflavored)
- 1/2 cup water (cool)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 cream of tartar
- 1/2 pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 salt
- 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate (chopped)
