In my case there were no expections of these pancakes to be fluffy after checking the ingredients. Tasty and filling.
I freeze them and grab one on the go, reheating in the micro. Not even a need for fruit sauces or syrups though applesauce is lovely. Appreciate having these on hand.....

These are very tasty, but no matter how long I cooked them (to the point of being almost burned) the inside remains gooey and uncooked.
