  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour blend (I used GF buckwheat/sorghum/tapioca starch)

  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice (or cardamom)

  • 3/4 cup fresh cranberries (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (golden or dark, I used dark but wished I'd had golden)
