- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (gluten-free, I like Pillsbury gluten-free flour. Not all gluten-free flours are created equal. You may experience different baking results depending on the gluten-free flour blend you choose)
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (leave out if your flour already has it)
- 1 packet instant yeast (rapid yeast or 2 1/4 teaspoons of rapid yeast/instant yeast)
- 1 Tbsp. gluten-free baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°-115°)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (use pure maple syrup or granulated sugar for Vegan option)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. gluten-free all-purpose flour (split)
- 1 cup pizza sauce (gluten-free, I used Prego pizza sauce)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (dairy-free/Vegan use Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds)
- pizza toppings (your favorite)
