- 1 1/2 lb. gluten free rice pasta
- 1 yellow onion (or small white, chopped, about 1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups low fat milk (or non-fat, or dairy-free milk)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated plus more for garnish, optional – leave out for dairy free)
