I read the ingredients and thought “I have everything but oat flour and I’m not going to the store” so I put some oatmeal in the blender and made my own! I was afraid that it might not work but they turned out great. I did need to lower the temperature on my griddle to keep from burning before they were ready to flip, but these are seriously tasty and I look forward to seeing how they heat up as leftovers.
