Description
This is a recipe that is sort-of diet friendly and we have tried this before with great results. There are various recipes floating around on the internet, but I adjusted those I found to make it my own. This pizza was so good, I wish you could reach in your screen and take a bite. This recipe is very similar to those you find online, but I added a few tweaks. Here is what I did:
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 9 oz. cream cheese (package)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion (medium)
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup spinach

Directions
- Add cream cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, garlic powder, and pepper to a mixing bowl.. Mix well.
- Add mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
