Loved, loved, loved these! Big hit at a party I brought them to. Easy to make too. For the topping, I followed the picture and I spread a layer of lemon curd on top and added a quarter of a strawberry, 2 blueberries, and 1 raspberry halved in two to fit better on top. Also, saw two comments on the recipes page that they added 1/4 nutmeg to the crust and 1/2 nutmeg to the cheese cake mixture, I did the same, and I don’t know if it made a big difference but this was really good!

Made this, came out very well. Very moist cheese cake. Tryout for my new oven
