  • 1 tablespoon carob chips (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 113 grams apple sauce (unsweetened, or around 4 tbs)
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for a couple of hours)
  • 1/4 cup water (filtered)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (/agave nectar)
