- Preheat oven to 375 and grease 13x9 casserole dish
- Cook macaroni according to package directions BUT reduce cooking time so the pasta is still quite a bit firm
- Drain macaroni and set aside

The cheese was not melting the way it sounded as if it would but I continued to put it all together with hopes that the oven time would make it all work. I also added some GF panko breadcrumbs on the top. Turned out good! My 11 month old baby couldn’t get enough!!

Love this recipe!! It has a great solution for a gluten free roux type of sauce that actually turns out well!
