- crab meat (Fresh picked, refrigerate section by meat)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 stock (celery)
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach (chopped one whole cup if making it paleo)
- 1 jalapeño (chopped, can omit, if you don’t like heat)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh herbs
- fresh basil
- dill
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (I used some parmesean and mozzarella leave out if Paleo)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (I like a mixed coconut flour)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- olive oil
- 1 lemon
