- 1 tsp. lemon extract (depends on how strong you want it)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 can coconut cream (cream NOT milk)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar (optional sweetness, 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 Tbsp. lime zest
