- 2 Tbsp. ghee (or melted butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (lakanto, honey or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (and the zest of 1 lemon)
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar (Lakanto, or swerve, optional for a sweeter glaze)
