Ingredients

- 2 bananas (medium)
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. dried fruit (4 oz. is about 1 cup)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, break the bananas into chunks and mash with a fork.

I must've used the wrong oats or something because these cookies were a disaster. I ended up throwing these out. They never got firm, no matter how long I left them in the oven.

So yummy! I substituted coconut flakes for dried fruit and it came out great
