- 8 Tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups gluten free flour (this is the mix I use)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 tsp. chocolate extract (optional…makes it a deeper chocolate flavor, but not necessary)
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter (room temp, you can substitute coconut oil or palm shortening)
- 6 Tbsp. honey
