- 6 italian chicken sausage (links, about 1 1/2 lbs. smoked hot, cut into chunks)

- 1 Tbsp. gluten free flour (without xanthan gum)
- 18 sage leaves (large fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)

- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg (a couple of pinches freshly, use less if it’s already ground)
- 1 cup dry vermouth
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh gnocchi
- 2 cups arugula (fresh)
- 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (Grated, plus more for serving)
