- 1/2 tsp. psyllium husk (whole or the powder)
- 1/3 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 2 chicken breasts (large)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 cremini mushrooms (medium)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (for cooking)
