Good, for gluten-free! I made some substitutions using whatever I had on hand. I replaced the coconut oil with canola oil (1/3 C. ) and replaced one of the whole eggs with egg whites. I also soured milk (1 cup) with 2 Tsps apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice. Plus I substituted 1/4 cup of GF flour with oat flour.

So good! I had to tweak it a bit, we leave out the green chillies, and my dad has a nut allergy so I use light coconut milk in place of almond milk. So so so good!!
