    Yummy, good texture and easy to make! I added black pepper and chives, used 2 tbsp of sugar instead of 3 tbsp. I chose to use pepper jack on top. Next time I would cut the whole kernel corn down to about 10 oz instead of 16 oz. served this with vegetarian chili.
