Really good recipes. We added one tablespoon of milk and cut up a little bit of apples and applesauce ...

I subbed honey for maple syrup and gluten free flour for almond flour. I, also, left out baking powder. They cooked perfectly and were very dense. I love the slightly sweet flavor. Perfect for on the go snacking.
