  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 10 ounces chocolate (melted)
  • 1 1/3 cups gluten free self-rising flour (sifted)
  • cocoa powder (for dusting)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease and line an 8 inch round cake pan with parchment paper
    2. For the batter, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until thick and pale. Add the sugar, milk and oil and beat until combined. Fold in the melted chocolate and flour. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 1 hour, until a skewer comes out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with cocoa powder, cut and serve.

    The recipe is great, but the time was not listed. Brownies are funny, one can't' leave them in the oven to long.
