- 50 grams all purpose gluten free flour (plain/, I like Udi's. You can use regular flour if you're not worried about gluten.)
- 1 tsp. gluten free baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. cherry jam
- 200 grams cherries (fresh, stoned and sliced in half)
- 3 Tbsp. flaked almonds
- 2 Tbsp. amaretto
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (confectioners's)

Absolutely delicious ! I had to make it with glacé cherries as we’re in lock down at the moment, but it didn’t seem to matter. Served it with cream fraiche which worked really well. Highly recommend
