- 3/8 tsp. xantham gum (omit if your flour blend already contains xanthan gum)

- 3 large eggs (preferably free range)
- milk (3 tbsp Whole, full fat)
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 30 grams flaked almonds
