so i used sucanut instead of coconut sugar and doubled the 1 cup to 2. I thought it still wasn't very sweet so i added half a cup of maple syrup. i also added a motts apple sauce , and i only had 2 cups almond flour so i added 2 cups of GF four.
this cake was simple and delish!
it's perfect with a surgery icing, or plain as a heathy snack.
