- xanthan gum (*note, this blend I use has, already added. If yours doesn't include it, add 1 teaspoon.)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
- 6 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips (*I used Hershey which is gluten free. NOTE that Nestle is NOT gf)
