- 1 cup dutch process cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa (black, or the above cocoa if you don't have black cocoa on hand)
- 3/4 cup all purpose gluten free flour blend
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 pt. ice cream (your favorite, I used a non-dairy ice cream with great success!)
