- 50 grams tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. golden caster sugar
- 11 grams yeast (easy bake, I used Allinson)
- 200 grams unsalted butter (cold and cut into small cubes)
- 50 mL water
- 120 mL milk
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. runny honey
- 100 grams chocolate chips (optional)
- 85 grams sultanas (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. soft brown sugar (to sprinkle on top)
