Description
Bought a Russell Hobbs bread maker and this was the default gluten-free bread recipe in the instruction manual (adjusted for slightly less water to give a denser loaf).
Ingredients

- 315 grams water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 400 grams gluten free bread flour
- 6 grams fresh yeast

Directions
- Add the ingredients, one after the other in the order listed above, to the loaf tin ensuring that the yeast doesn't come into contact with the liquid - allow the kneading phase of the bread maker to do this otherwise the yeast may start to react too quickly.
- Place the loaf tin into the bread maker and bake on the dedicated gluten-free loaf setting.
- During the kneading phase, mix any loose ingredients that may stick to the side of the loaf tin back into the dough using a soft spatula.
- When baked, remove from the loaf while still warm and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
